Compassion or aggression?

I have a platy tank with 11 male platies. One of them is clearly on his way out of this world however since he has been showing signs of sickeness, one platy in particular has been 'harrassing'him. All the other fish have left him alone. Im not sure on how platies normally act in this situation. Is he trying to wake him up or finish him off? Ive attached a video for you to see whats happening!
