I’m hoping somebody can help me identify what is wrong with my Dwarf Gourami. I’ve had him for about 3-4 months. He is in a 10 gallon tank with 2 Cory catfish, and 2 platys.
Ammonia is zero
Nitrite is zero
Nitrate is 5.
I first noticed he had a little hole in his dorsal fin and was missing some scales. I’ve tried keeping the water extra clean but it’s gotten worse.
Tonight I noticed the red spot near his face. I’m really hoping it’s not the dreaded Dwarf Gourami disease. Photos below. Any ideas?
