My betta fish, Pisces, has started get this fuzzy stuff coming out of him. He is in a 20 gallon long with neon tetras. Temp is at 80. The ammonia in my tank is a little high. It's at .25 to .50 ppm since I added the neon tetras recently. My tank is heavily planted with high light, CO2 , and added fertilizers. He is starting behind the tank a little. He eats just fine. What do I use to treat/cure this? I have Malachite green, RidIch, and Furan 2. I also have a 6 gallon hospital tank ready to be used.

Couldn't get a good picture.

You would use the furan 2
Malachite/formalin in the rid ick does not effectively control fungus, even tho it claims to do so.

Strangely, the stuffs gone now. I haven't done anything to treat it. Pisces is not hiding anymore, currently he is showing off his beautiful fins in front of my family celebrating New years. Should I just leave him alone? Should I still use Furan 2 just in case?

I'd hold off. If it shows back up, tackle it then.
