Everyone seems to be pretty knowledgeable on here, so I am asking for suggestions or advice.

Any help would be great.

I have a deformed bronze cory cat that I hatched 5 years ago. She was born with no back end, a curved spine and deformed fins and tail.

Yesterday she was just laying on her side, and won't eat.
She has no signs of illness and the water parameters are perfect. I do 20% water changes weekly, their diet consist of flake and a variety of frozen foods. All other tank mates and her siblings are fine.

She is now separated, in a breeding net, still laying on her side.

I do not know what the longevity of Cory cats are...or if maybe she is dying from old age.

Here are 2 photos...not the best, my camera is not the greatest.

There normal lifespan is said to be 4 to 6 years if proper care 15 at the most she may just be struggling I think it's best just to let nature take its course and release her to her friends but keep a close eye on her/him
