Hi sorry about all the confusion this morning here is the photo
Did a 20% water change last week but since adding 3 clown loaches doing protozin treatment finish doing that on sunday but this blister was there before doing the protozin have purchased mediflex but cant do that until next week when other treatment is completed......or can I ??

Could be the fish has some sort of parasite. I can't really see the "blister" from the picture cause my monitor is stinks. But if you do a search on google for plecos with blisters you get alot of stuff that points towards parasite.

I think he was asking if he could mix medicines talloulou i dunno though about that cuz I've never had to do it...
