I think my fish have ich...I'm in the middle of cycling my tank. What do I do?

I have 1 blood parrot, 2 gouramis, and 5 tiger barbs ( barbs in qt tank) the barbs look slot worse than all the other fish. There are maybe one or two little white specks on the blood parrot and shes flashing constantly. I've been doing 50 % water changes daily because my nitrites were high at one point but the water is better now. The gouramis have changed colors for some reason. I thought maybe from the stress of me having to get the barbs out of the tank. If it is ich what do I do? And how do I know for sure? Also does it effect aquarium frogs?

You need to raise your temps and keep doing the water changes. Look up the temp to heat to though it should be like 86-88 degrees.

Raise the temp to 86 and medicate the tank. Once the ich is gone keep the temp up for one week
