i did a 50% change yesterday, it had been two months cause, he had columnaris and cottonmouth, almost gone now, his tank was def needing it, started new filter system last month! its great! and friday i did a water change! he was soooo happy! but now he looks so sad!!! its a 55 gallon tank, with a 70 gallon filter
My 10 month old Moor Goldfish is sitting at bottom of tank in the corner?

He is probably in shock after the water change, since it hadn't been done in a long time, and you changed so much at once.

Sorry for the late reply! I had to take my comp into the shop again.
I would do daily water changes like you said, but it might take him a while to adjust.
