Its been more than a week that one of my tiger barbs is stressed.
He (or she) JUST sits in one corner and never moves from there.
I have not seen him eat at all.
Is there anything I can do about it ?

Everybody else in the tank looks very happy. The water readings look fine too.

try moving him into a hospital tank, and then try feeding him while he is in there, there might be too much compitition for food and he is being left out.... OR he is sick and mmight infect the other fish so eather way he should be moved.

Good call on the hospital tank - anytime a fish is behaving in an unusual way it is good to remove them for observation, and it is easier to see what might be wrong.

Do you see anything going on, like the other barbs or the shark getting after him?

I am sorry about that - I wish something could have been done.

You might consider increasing the number of barbs. This topic is debated, but from personal experience when I had 4-5 barbs I had some trouble, including one member of the school that had his tail completely removed from nipping, and when I added 2 more fish the nipping stopped, the injured one grew his tail back, and all was well.

Good luck!
