I went out to the store a couple of days ago and bought 3 neon tetras, and a peppered cory cat. When I went to feeding them (your basic tropical fish flakes), the cory cat went crazy and ate everything in sight, but the neons just spit the food back out. I read some where, that neon tetras might eat blood worms, the only blood worms I had belonged to my betta, so I crushed some of them up and tried to get the tetras to eat. All the other fish ate them, except the tetras. Can anyone suggest what I should try next? Does anyone else have picky neon tetras ?
Oh, and these fish are in a 10g-15g along with 2 female cherry barbs.

call the store and find out what they have been feeding the neon's. they may be used to a certain diet and it might take a few days for them to eat the flake.

I think your tetras are just stressed. You said you bought them 3 days ago, did you properly acclimate them into the tank?
