My pregnant and should drop any day platy has ich and I am not sure if I should treat her now or wait?

I would use the heat treatment, especially if she is pregnant. Slowly raise the temperature in the tank to 86 degrees. It will speed up the life cycle of the ich and kill it off. It will look worse before it gets better, but I have never lost a fish to ich yet! good luck.

Also add an extra airstone for oxygen and pwc and gravel vac every second day will help. Good luck
