Please help

Hi I have a 200l community tank. I can post parameters if you would feel that helps this problem. Yesterday I had a balloon Molly die and now today I have noticed that my glowlights have huge eyes (picture shows worst) and also a silvetip is looking rather messy. Could anyone let me know how to fix these and what maybe the cause. I'm guessing the glowlight is Popeyes but being relatively new to this amazing hobby I'm not 100% certain.
