Sick cory

Okay so now my other three line cory got sick today i came in and he has lost his color ... well i think thats what its called he is just turning really really white where he used to be pale and clear and being really inactive

all the water parameters are good im worried that its a parasite and its transferable between my other fish i have him put in a quarintine tank and every one else looks fine and acts fine all very active except the one and then water params good 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 5 nitrate
