Sick Frontosa

A couple of days ago i noticed that my frontosa had lost interest in food and rarely came out of his cave. This morning i found him swimming around with great difficulty keeping his balance and seems to have swelling just above the pelvic fins and a sunken stomach.

I've removed him from the main tank into quarantine. Any indea on the best approach for treatment?
