one of a school of 5 rummynose has developed a raised area just caudal of the gill plate/pectoral fins on the right side. It looks lighter in color as light reflects differently off of it.
At first I thought there was a (infectious?) growth on the surface. Then after staring at the tank for a while did I realize it was a raised area. None of the other four show any similar changes.
Seems more internal than external, but not 100% sure. No major changes in behavior - it is schooling and slinking through the hornwort like the rest of the gang.
any ideas or critical questions I should also be asking?
