Treatment Suggestions

One of my bala sharks hangs out in one of the corners and jerks every once and a while. He dosn't seem to swim about the tank as he normally does. His head is a darker color. I'm pretty sure this is fluke, but what do you all suggest to treat it with?

Do you actually see tiny flukes hanging from the fish's "booty" lol
Is the fish still eating at all?
