Weird fish behaviour

Have a dwarf gourami and a german blue ram that stopped eating. Gourami hovers near the bottom all the time. German ram swimming normal dorsal fin down, noticed him scratching his side a few times on gravel. I did a 25 percent water change today but the gourami had been acting like this for a while. Ram just noticed today. Water tests OK. Not sure what to do.

PLEASE HELP. I treated for parasites with parasite guard as per the box. Found both Dead today. Now my big Angel is bloated and in worried I'll lose the whole tank
