Weird white bump

I have a young blue dolphin and today noticed he/she has a large white bump under its front fin. I never seen anyone pic on him before


My tank consists of 30 different African cichlids manly peacocks. I have good parameters and i run a marineland c530 on my 90 gal

I'm trying to get a picture but he's to fast

I've had the fish for about 3 months with no issues.

Water change and gravel vacuum happen every Wednesday night

Just try and qt him. Looks like he got into a fight or scraped himself on something. If you can qt just watch him but dont treat until you know what it is. Watch for unusual behavoir and report it here. Your water parameters are good
