What is this stuff on gills

Treated my tank for ich with heat a few weeks ago. Now my dg has this shiney stuff on his gills. Anybody know what it is. Fish is active and eating. Maybe gulping a bit more rapidly then usual.

I'm not sure what you are concerned about. The iridescent coloration on the gill covers looks perfectly normal to me.
