Well its got the bubbles but above them are long tenticles. That is what is confusing me. I have not seen any other photos of a BT that looks like this one.
 
Bubbletips can extend their tenticals out like that so it may be a bta. But, any chance of getting another pic? Maybe one head on so we can see the whole thing including the mouth?
 
It is hiding behind a bunch of live rock, thus it is very hard to get any kind of photo of it. I have other photos, but they are of similar quality as the one I posted. I will keep trying.
 
i am 100% sure its a BTA, cuz I actrually baught the book which was about clown fish, and most BTA in the book are like that, lower part as bulb and top part with extended tenticals
 
I have a BTA (now 2)and they look like that. Sometimes it has the bubble tips, mostly it has the tenticles. Normal look, not sure why it does this.
