bad worm or good?

Like the overwhelming majority if bristleworms in our tanks, it's a harmless scavenger. You'll find people telling you they are bad, they are poisonous, they eat fish, they get huge, their spines inject venom, etc. These things are almost entirely false.
There are a couple species that can cause problems, but in my experience this is rare.
These worms are an important part of the tank ecology, cleaning up fish food, fish poo, and even quickly eating anything that dies in the tank to prevent it from fouling the water. Be grateful to the worms!
That particular one is a pretty common species though I can't remember the name off the top of my head.
