Can someone help me identify whats going on in my tank!

So this stuff has started to form on my substrate .. It's an orangey copper colour. My water parameters are all at 0.. Ph 8.2 please help!

Diatoms. Feed off silicates in the sand. Seen in early tanks or after a big sandbed disturbance. They always burn themselves out. If it becomes thick and red, is cyanobacteria.
 
It'll go away on its own and should never come back. I've read accounts of it coming back with a major disruption of the sandbed, but never experienced this myself as I don't disturb my sandbed...
