Can someone I.D. This slug?

Just started setting up my 6ft tank and found some free stuff on the live rock.
Can someone identify this slug and what does it eat?
I also have a curly-cue anemone

I agree. Looks like some kind of abalone. Could also be a cowry. It's hard to tell from a picture, but if that is his mantle covering the shell the it is a cowry.

Cowries are symmetrical along a straight line that divides them fore to aft. Abalones grow their shells in a spiral like any old snail it is just an extremely flat spiral so that the shell ends up being dish-like.
 
A few cowries are predators, but as far as I know most are grazers. They aren't often sold so it may be hard to find much info on which kind you have.
