Crazy snail growth

I have this crazy antenna with a disk on the end growing out of my snail! It looks like an alien antenna! Any ideas? Thanks!

Yeah, that's weird. It's like he's trying to get tv reception inside his shell. Haha. Don't have a clue what it is, sorry, but ill be watching to see what others say.
