Dangerous worms??

I was looking at my black sailfin blenny the other day and noticed he had about 4 to 5 very small worm looking things attached to his body. Also my snowflake eel has one on his nostral as well. Does anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them. If it is any help they look like very tiny leeches. Thanks

Sounds like parisites...Not sure what kind w/o a pic, but I would QT them immediately and maybe start with hypo treatment?
