Very very prone. Those mess won't work. You need to treat with hyposalinity or copper. I would suggest hypo though as its easier to monitor and safer.

IMO start by adding Garlic Extreme to the food and the tank. Per the instructions on the package. Moving the fish will only add more stress and add to weakening the fishes immune system.

Bonordy, it has been stated a billion times on this forum that garlic will not cure ich and guess what it still won't. You have to treat that fish with either cooper or hypo and not in your dt. Nothing else works. Don't worry about stress because if you don't treat him properly he'll be dead and then he won't be stressed anymore

definitely quarantine. If its not too late, ie it hasn't had the ich long, do the fresh water dip. If its been awhile, then I'd go with copper. Dips are hard on fish, at least harder than the copper, imo. Raise the temp in your quarantine to speed up the life cycle. If you do intend on a fresh dip, then make sure you buffer to the same ph, temp, and salinity. Good luck!
