Cool thanks so much .... Are they hard to care for ... Found on some live rock I got from a friend

there filter feeders they live on what they filter out of water and easy to keep

They are simple to care for. I'd be more worried about that aiptasia just north of the mushroom.

They do need some sort of decent lighting ..I second the aiptasia,,your gonna want to kill that

Yea Guys my friends tank got over run by them so I was taking Rock out to kill it and noticed the mushroom I was goingto take it off the rock and put in my tank

Got about 100 lbs to remove and start the live rock over sucks

No no just taking his out and saw that mushroom was goijng to pluck it off the Rock im not using any of his Rock ......


Was just helping him remove it so we can bake it in the sun and kill everything and restart his tank

Just hit the aiptasia with a lighter or butane torch. Scrub it off and rinse it. Stick the rock back into the tank.
