question about my Anemone?

my Anemone is supposed to be a rock Anemone, it curls up durring the night turns a dark purple and leaves what almost would be a slime floating from it.. kinda looks like a spiderweb. is this normal behavior?? and i dont know if this is related but i have found what looks like a turd made up of brine shrimp and other foods. thanks for all the help

Your anemone looks like a condylactus gigantea anemone. I've never heard of that behavior before, typically when an anemone is producing alot of slime, it is under some sort of stress.
