Rose bubble tip anemone help

Today I saw my rbta all the inside the rock and there is clear slim coming out of it like a huge string... What's happening to it?

How old is your tank? How long have you had the anemone for?

Also do you have high intensity lighting in your tank?

The tank is like 6 months old and I just got the anemone few days ago
Yes I have t5 HO lighting
Should I be worried?

Not sure, I'm to new to know about them but I've been told that if they die or are dying they can poison your whole tank. Not sure if that's true but eather way it doesn't sound healthy

It went into the rock hole I can't even see it
I hope it's ok. It was fine this morning... Then all of a sudden it just disappeared I know it's in the rock cause I can see a tiny bit of it

The lights are off maybe it will come out when they are on. I hope....

They will continue to move until they find a spot that`s good for them. Be careful not to rip the foot moving them for there will be no Hope if you do.
