These are growing in my overflow chamber (pic)

Would love to know what these are. Tons of them growing in my overflow chamber (where there is little or not light). They are about half the size of a black-eye pea (couldn't think of a better comparison).

I got a grip of them too growin everywhere....
seems when I scrape em off more grow in other places...
