Weird hard coral. Anyone know?

I have this coral i was told was a hard coral i have no clue what it is and cant find it anywhere online. Its neon green with tiny hair like tenticles. You guys know what this is ?

I may be way off but maybe elegance? The color in your picture looks like ducan but if its the same coral thats in the other thread its definitely not ducan
