What is this Pod?? PICS

Any idea what kind of pod this is?? Good or Bad?? I have taken 3 out of the tank so far. This one was the biggest at 3/4 of a inch. Was doing a great job in the sandbed moving it around.

It's an isopod. Could be parasitic. I'd remove them as you find them.
