Thanks Arthur and Barliman ; The Swordplant is reproducing so well.I do not have a place for all the plants. I am trying to get the swordfish to reproduce. The female was pregent but the babies either never dropped or they were eaten. That is one of the problems I have. I can never figure out when the female will drop. Other fish fans have told me but it doesn't work.
This is not a problem.
If the female is thick and black again, then put it in an empty pool (8 to 10 G) and place them on the ground fragments of a clay flower pot down with the hollow side
then place in a large floating water plant (Ceratopteris thalictroides). That the roots hanging on the floor.
Maybe it takes a few days.
When the female raises to slip the small fish among the shards.
If no threat is, they rise slowly among the roots upwards and are on the leaves
Make a note of the date in the daily log file. After about 20 to 25 days, they can be repeated.
