55 Gallon Tank, Refugium Sump Start

Alright so after having so many issues in my tank the last month and all of the forum pages I have read its come to my attention that a custom sump will help alot of my issues and help the overall quality of my tank. So I am starting with a 20 gallon tank and going to be customizing the Refugium setup myself. The only thing I cannot seem to find are measurements for each chamber. I know the BIO chamber is by far the biggest, but do the other 2 need to be only large enough for what goes in them or is there a ratio I should be using? Also some overall dimension planning would be greatly appreciated. Height of each chamber etc. Once I have a solid or what I think is solid design I will post here and see what you all think.

Check that out.. Im currently I'm the middle of building almost the exact same thing based on these plans. Instead of using cut glass, I am using plastic cutting boards from Walmart ( got the idea from MR X ). It's cheaper than plexi and glass plus you can cut it yourself.
