5G tank with 5G Sump

Is there any way to do this without drilling any holes? I've been thinking about making my next 5G nano-reef with a sump and was curious on how this would work.

you could build a small HOB overflow box, basically set it up like any other undrilled system with a sump.

Yeah I decided on doing a 7G Bow with a HOB filter that has LR in it for added filtration. I like the idea more.
