How quiet can DIY HOB overflows be? I know it should be possible for them to be silent, but how practical is this? How noisy are all of yours? Or am I worried about nothing?

This is pretty much the one we built. We have two tubes for redundancy but otherwise this is it. We've had it setup on our 90 for nearly a year with no problems and no noise.

DIY HOB Filter?
Sorry, just an overflow (siphons water out of aquarium)

It should not be hard to build a HOB filter. I really like the idea. I considered this at first, but decided I liked sumps better.
