It looks like a Pseudomugil furcatus or gertudae but it's coloring is nothing like them.

Yes, Dalto is correct. It has a restricted distribution in SE Queensland, and is threatened by habitat loss. It is easily bred, however. Because our winters are relatively mild, I'm able to keep a colony of them outside in a tub in my backyard.
