Trip to lfs

I went to a lfs today not saying names and I was horrible dead fish everywhere. And you know how they keep there feeder fish like no swimming room that is what they had done with there guppies and etc i don't mind overstocked tanks but what they were doing is just insane. They Also had a reptile and bird sections they had a snapping turtle in a cage 5 inches Bigger than the turtle. birds in cages without any walking room. I am barely alive anymore.

Yeah i've seen some awful conditions in pet stores too. Did you say anything to the staff?

I went to mine this morn and most of the marine tanks were empty. They either had a massive sale of fish over the weekend or a lot of deaths/sickness. I'm hoping they sold them!

Went to my local big box store ( Pet ..something ) yesterday and the tanks looked terrable , Lots of dead or dyeing fish , had a beautiful orange spotted goby that certainly was not going to make it , so sad to see them suffering in such poor conditions.
