Plus I noticed that this is your original diagram.....
However, I didn't place airstones on the ends of the air hoses yet. I just set this up late last week and I wanted to see if it would work first. I'm sure the airstones will help resolve the "big bubble" issues. Every time a big bubble shoots out of the powerhead my fish go into air raid mode and they wait for my Dwarf Gourami to sound the 'all clear'.
