I think I will try to get my hands on some horn nerite snails. The main thing I need them to do is clean the algae off the leaves of the plants. Does anyone know were to get some?

PM severum mama or HN1. I forgot their website. I got my horned nerite and amano from them.

DW= driftwood :)

I have to get all of those? Isn't that way overstock. I also could not find horned nerite snails http://www.azgardens.com/c-20-freshwater-aquatic-snails.aspx am I looking in the right place?

Those are beautiful! Need a large tank though, I heard. I've always wanted one or two, but my tanks are all pretty well stocked. No more room. :(

I want one too! I didn't think they would get bigger then an inch or 2. Petco sells them and there less then inch. :(

This is SM and HN1s website. Packaging and the quality is amazing. They quarantine their inverts and fish before selling them. To make sure that none of them are sick or have parasites. I bought 6 horned nerite for $10.

No you don't need to buy the whole package, that's if your tank becomes infested you throw them in the tank and the algae will be gone. No adding the much will definately overstock your tank, I was just using it as a general idea.

That is cool that they quarinten them! And very kind of them! That is were I will get them, should 20 or so be enough for now? Is that too many to add at once?

I would add 10 at a time but if you'll be monitoring and keeping your parameters in check then you should be fine. I'm not sure of the HNS bio-load but they are so tiny. I read that max size is half an inch.

They only have Tiger Nerites, and they don't name a price.

I noticed that :( but they did say that more will be coming very soon
