Banana Plant Propagation

Does anyone know how to propagate one of these? Thanks!

I've heard you can trim a leaf, plant it and it'll grow, but you won't get the banana base. I have one and would like to get more bananas, so hopefully someone has info .

Thanks!!! I got mine a few months ago and it's huge, the leaves are just creating a big mess around my tank. So I'll prob start trimming some leaves
