Contentious area. Some say that it's the high energy blue light that makes plants express red pigments as red pigments absorb blue. Couple people have had lackluster results with incomplete spectrums before and got better results with blue-heavy bulbs. Any that's ever switched to Giesemann has seen this phenomenon.
