co2 reactors?

hi, i've been looking around for a solid co2 diffuser, and i've heard that reactors are good. The problem is, is that i have no clue what they're talking about, as ive seen things like this:

im sorry if my utter ignorance is killing some, but do these all do the same thing, and which is somewhat good.
the reason im purchasing from amazon is because i find it convenient, i may purchase or look elsewhere

Look into building your own,..There is a lot of youtube vids about it. It doesn't require a lot of $$. The 2 most popular styles are the rex grigg reactor and the cerges reactor. You will get a lot better dissolution and save some coin....
