Dennison Barbs and plants

Does anyone keep them together, I was told they will eat and pull them out?

Mine nibble on the plants...
More like the algae on the plants ...
I blame my clown loaches for the uprooted plants...

My Dennison's pulled up almost all of the Blyxa japonica I had at 1st.
I saw them pulling up my DHG yesterday.
Them devil fish I think ?
