I am doing a science fair project about aquatic plants, and need some help. I will be adding these plants to a 29 gallon with led( marineland kit) lighting. I was wondering what plants and how I could set up this experiment with variables?

what plants? what depth tank? The marineland LED kits aren't overly strong. Maybe the double-bright version.

What I would do as a cool science experiment is show the difference in growth between incandescent light and LED light of the same power. (clear case toward LED's)

Have you thought about a) length of daylight as a variable, or b) fertilized vs. non-fertilized?

I'm gonna do a control as

1) direct sunlight
Then variables
2) undetected sunlight a
3) no light
4) lamp light
