flourish tabs good or bad?

I put a few in my gravel the lfs said its good for the plants I'm list help please?

I wouldn't say they are bad.

Whether they are good or just "there" is dependent upon the type of setup you have, and what kind of plants you are growing.

I have no idea I for them buy 3 get 1 free from petco or petsmart Idk yet what they are and I can't seem to upload a pik from my Droid phone

Well again they won't hurt anything. Pic of the plants will help id them. It is generally not a good idea to just throw anything into your tank without researching what it is first. Plants, like fish, have varying requirements, and there are quite a few species that are not even aquatic plants, even though they are sold as such at places like petco and petsmart.
