Hello! Will a glass top interfere with the intensity of the light that gets to the aquarium? If so, how much PAR would it reduce? Thank you!

Not really enough to matter. What does matter is the layer of stuff that builds up under and ontop of the glass, that will mess your lighting

You can keep your glass top clean of the white "stainys" with a spray bottle with half vinegar and half water. The vinegar dissolves the calcium stains. Any vinegar residue is safe around fish. Also great for keeping the outside of the glass spotless. OS.
