has anyone used the red aea co2 bio system?

I picked up the kit tosay as I saw it in the % 50 bin at my lfs so I figures I would give it a shot got it for 20 bucks. It did not however come with instructions. I can easily figure out how it goes together and works but is it just a constant supply also there is no real regulator on it should I pick one up? I have neber tried co2 before and I have vwry healthy low light planted tanks with no real issues. Can anyone help.
