Help with algea

I just noticed this on my one plant, all the rest looks healthy and green, how to I get rid of this?

I can't tell what it is. I can't see algae but the leaf appears to have a nutrient deficiency. What are you dosing for ferts? Also how big is the tank and what plants and how many are in it?

I use seachem flourish once a week and liquid co2 every day and it's a 55 gal tank with LEDs that came with the tank from petsmart

Try using your fert 2x's a week.
