How Does One Clean Carpeted Dwarf Hair Grass?

I just used a small siphon vacuum and waved it around in the mat when I had a tank full of DHG.

If you have some airline tubing, it works for this. Runs slow, so you don't suck up too much water, and won't pull the grass out. But will suck up the gunk that gets stuck in it. Kind of slow, but it works.
