yeah that tank looks really nice, u should give up some of that moss to less fortunate :)

lol i just send moss to 11 people lol. i had that much. each atleast the size of a tennis ball or larger. i give it away to people in canada all the time but getting it to the states is just a pain. it cost to much and just isnt worth it. u can buy some from anywhere and pay shipping and it cost the same lol. i always send some with whatever plants i send to people in the states. i sent glosso to a few members and they all got a clump of both java and christmas. thanks for the comments guys. i am really happy with this tank right now. no algea at all and very healthy plants. compared to my pain in the but 20 gal that i have been fighting with lol.

well tank is still growing well and looks good. i was walking by and noticed some pearling so i decided to break out the camera and practice my macro shots. i got one i was happy with. here it is.

lol not only will i write it up but i will put pictures!!! i took 2 stock canopies i had from my original 20 gal hood and my 2 18" hoods that were on my 55 gal. i took the balast out of each of them and screw them to the top of the hood i made myself(pictures below) then i just screw down the end caps and put the bulbs in :) lol super simple. i also made a hood for my 20 gal if u go to THIS link u can see the ballast and all the wiring. ad for my hood u busted out the table saw some pine and a router.
some ghetto wiring but u get the idea lol i was being lazy
